The numbers below are derived from our per‑station split time references. They show plausible target bands, from first‑timer aims to elite marks. Use them for planning — not as definitive event standards.

Hyrox — Male baseline totals

Sum of station minima and maxima from our HyroxMale timetable. These totals represent a practical lower/upper bound for a full event built from per‑station estimates.

A concise guide for planning goals by experience level. These are rounded performance bands commonly seen at community HYROX events.

Beginner & Preparation
  • First-timers: Primary aim is completion — expect roughly 1:45:00 – 2:00:00.
  • Well prepared: With focused training many hit about 1:35:00 – 1:45:00.
Typical & Above-average
  • Average men: 1:35:00 – 1:50:00.
  • Average women: 1:38:00 – 1:53:00.
  • Above average men: 1:25:00 – 1:35:00.
  • Above average women: 1:28:00 – 1:38:00.
Competitive
  • Competitive men: typically under 1:25:00.
  • Competitive women: typically under 1:30:00.
Elite Level
  • Elite men: under 1:00:00 — world marks approach ~55:00.
  • Elite women: under 1:15:00 — world marks near ~1:03:00.

These bands are for guidance — individual events, course setups and equipment loads change effective times.
